"The Tenth Circuit is a region of Florida that has a high indigent population. Many of these insolvent persons do not have anyone who can assist them. As our population gets older, the need will only increase."

The Tenth Circuit Public Guardian provides a much needed service to the most vulnerable residents in our area. The elderly and disabled population is underserved and needs a voice. The Guardianship office is able to provide that voice and assist to ensure that their clients needs are being met to improve the quality of their life. They protect their clients and locate the necessary resources and benefits they need. Sometimes it takes a village and the Guardianship office is just that for their clients.
